Siblings

Brothers and sisters fuss and fight;

Bicker and complain from morn to night.

We did our chores with many a care

Trying to make sure all was kept fair!

Now with our spouses, blessing are double.

Love shines through in times of trouble.

When we are together what fun we share!

With nephews and nieces, hugs are not rare.

Many jokes and tales of memories past.

Parents now know of secrets kept fast.

Love that lay hidden by childhood row

Is shining through in our friendship now.

When it comes to friendships, I know of no others

That can compare to my sisters and brothers.
